Fire District 7 Welcomes Autumn Waite

Clearview, Wash.  Snohomish County Fire District 7 welcomes Autumn Waite as the new Public Information Officer/Public Educator. Waite is responsible for maintaining Fire District 7's education programs as well as working with the community and media to provide important information to district citizens. Waite works out of Fire District 7 Headquarters in Clearview (8010 180th St. SE).

"We are proud to be able to offer our citizens the full-time services of a Public Information Officer/Public Educator," said Fire Chief Richard Eastman. "This position will be an asset to our community."

Waite comes to Fire District 7 from the City of Bothell where she was the Public Information Coordinator. Waite has a Bachelor's Degree in Communication from Western Washington University.

"I am thrilled to be a part of this community and such a successful organization," said Waite. "I look forward to working with Fire District 7 citizens."

Snohomish County Fire District 7 is a state-of-the-art emergency service provider serving more than 60,000 citizens in a 50 square mile area of unincorporated Snohomish County. Fire District 7 also provides contracted service to the City of Mill Creek. Operating out of seven strategically located fire stations, Fire District 7 delivers fire and emergency medical services twenty-four hours a day.
